Our Services
We provide straightforward CPR certification and training for the general public. As an Authorized Provider of American Red Cross programs, we offer certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Whether you prefer traditional in-person classroom learning or a flexible hybrid "Blended Learning" format, our courses are designed to give you the practical skills and confidence needed to act in an emergency.
Service Areas
Based in Bluemont, Virginia, we are proud to serve communities within a 60-mile radius. This includes Clarke, Loudoun, Frederick, and Fauquier counties, Jefferson County, West Virginia, and our neighbors in the surrounding Blue Ridge region. We are available to bring our training equipment directly to your place of business, community center, or local organization.
About the Instructor
With over 20 years of experience as a wildlife biologist, I have dedicated my career to working in environments that demand teamwork, as well as scenarios where I've worked solo in nature. In these settings, safety and preparedness are essential aspects of daily life.
I founded Blue Ridge Rescue & Safety because many people are unaware of how often they may find themselves in situations where stepping in to help can be critical. Whether you are part of a school group, a scout troop, a hiking club, or even a knitting circle, my goal is to empower you with the knowledge to take action. We are here to ensure that when an emergency occurs, you feel confident in your ability to know what to do.
